Congratulations on your MBA and the completion of your treatments! Both are strenuous, only in very different ways.

It sounds like you are wanting to stay in teaching rather than make the shift using your MBA into business, yes? If so, I'd suggest building your resume focusing on the teaching experience you have garnered over the years and also highlighting any courses taken or projects completed in your MBA program that may be relevant. For example, courses in organizational development and/or statistics are both relevant in an educational environment.

With an MBA, you could also possibly move into education administration, if that is of interest to you. That would capitalize on your experience and education offering a unique set of skills and perspective.

The resume format remains the same...use the Summary of your resume to highlight your skills and qualifications as they relate to your target role. If remaining in teaching, then de-emphasize the MBA degree, unless relevant. Best to include it at the end of your resume, rather than highlight at the start.
