Cancer and Careers’ Young Professionals Committee (YPC) is a group of connected, collegial and committed individuals who want to make an impact. Committee members have the opportunity to volunteer and support Cancer and Careers in outreach, fund-raising efforts and more.

Committee membership benefits include:

• The opportunity to network with a professionally diverse group of young leaders throughout the New York Tri-State area
• The chance to learn skills that will enable you to serve on a nonprofit board
• A way to build your resume
• Access to a variety of social events at hotspots throughout New York City

Past events have included networking and fund-raising happy hours, which have raised nearly $7,000 for CAC programs and services. The YPC also hosts an annual viewing party to support CAC’s biggest fundraiser every year — “Beauty with Benefits.”
