The following terms and conditions apply:
- Participants will be limited to patients and survivors who are 18 years of age or older and legally able to work in the United States.
- The Cancer and Careers staff is fair and equal in all of its Job-Search Intensive processes for all persons, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law.
- Participants agree to attend the Job-Search Intensive on Saturday, November 10, 2018, for the duration of the entire full day program.
- Participants agree to complete an on-site evaluation and provide a quote about their experience attending in the program (the feedback and quote can be provided anonymously if preferred).
- Participants agree to respond to a three-month follow up survey.
