Rich Baxter decided to give up his demanding job in sales to follow his dream of being a fully-fledged musical artist. This decision came as a result of his cancer diagnosis giving him a new view of his life and wanting to put both himself and his health first.

With a job that was filled with non-stop travel, Baxter knew it was not the life he wanted to live, so he handed in his resignation letter and never looked back, as he progresses forward with his dreams of becoming a professional musician.

Baxter is feeling positive about his decision, stating "now is the time to do something I love."
